This page describes the lobby for information only. It is split into Top Games, New Games, Popular, Slots, Live Casino, Instant (crash), Bonus Buy, Megaways, Table Games, Scratch, Fruits, a seasonal Halloween collection and a sports Betting section. The casino's own game totals contradict each other: the Top Picks counter shows 5,682 games, while text on the same page says more than 1,500. The studios with the most titles on the providers page include BGaming (265), Betsoft (253) and Endorphina (231). Curaçao's registry lists the casino's licence as revoked.

How the Spin City lobby is organised

The lobby uses three kinds of section. Some are curated lists, such as Top Games, New Games and Popular. Some are game types, such as Slots, Live Casino and Table Games. Others group games by mechanic or theme, such as Bonus Buy, Megaways and Fruits. A single game can sit in several sections, so the sections overlap and their sizes shouldn't be added together. The table below summarises each section shown on the casino's homepage.

Curated and seasonal sections

Top Games, New Games and Popular are shortcuts into the same catalogue, not separate collections. The casino doesn't explain how it chooses these titles. Read Popular as the operator's own label, not as an independent ranking. The Halloween collection is seasonal, so its name and contents are likely to change during the year.

Feature-based sections: Bonus Buy, Megaways and Fruits

These sections group games by mechanic. The homepage names three Megaways titles: Temple Tumble Megaways, Genie Jackpots Megaways and Royal Mint Megaways. Bonus Buy collects pokies that let a player pay up front for a feature round. That round costs a multiple of the base stake, so a balance runs down much faster than with ordinary spins. Fruits holds classic fruit-machine themes, such as Endorphina's Burning Coins 100, which is also named on the homepage.

Game categories explained

Pokies

Pokies make up most of the lobby. The homepage names Burning Coins 100 (Endorphina), 3 Piggies of Bank (Yggdrasil), Wild Cash (BGaming), Book of Pharaoh and three Megaways titles. Book of Dead is also mentioned on the homepage, in connection with a promotion we don't cover here. In the material we reviewed, the casino doesn't publish RTP figures or maximum wins for these games. More detail is on our Spin City slots page.

Live casino

The live section offers baccarat, roulette, poker and Wheel of Fortune, all streamed in HD. The providers page lists Switch Studios, Lucky Streak, Betgames and Kiron as live studios. The casino doesn't publish table limits on the pages we reviewed. Studios and game types are covered on our live casino page.

Table games

The Table Games section covers blackjack, baccarat, roulette and poker. It also includes Andar Bahar, a simple card game popular in South Asia. These are software-dealt versions, separate from the live tables. Under the general bonus terms, table games don't count towards bonus wagering (see the wagering section below).

Instant (crash) and scratch games

In a crash game, a multiplier climbs until it stops at a random point. The player wins only by cashing out before it stops. Scratchies are just as fast. Both formats settle each bet within seconds, which makes it easy to place a large number of bets in a short time. The pages we reviewed don't list individual crash or scratch titles.

Sports betting

A Betting section sits in the main navigation alongside the casino categories. This page deals with casino games only. We have no verified research on the sportsbook's markets or odds, so we don't assess it here.

Game providers in the Spin City lobby

The casino's providers page shows a game count for each studio. The table lists the counts we recorded. It's a sample rather than the full list, and the numbers change as games are added or removed.

A note on NetEnt

NetEnt wasn't among the providers we recorded on the providers page, but the terms of service contain two clauses about its games. Clause 17.6 blocks NetEnt games in Canada, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Australia and other countries. Clause 17.8 bars NetEnt Universal Games in Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden and other countries.

Who the lobby is closed to

Clause 2.1.4 of the terms says residents of many countries can't play for real money. Australia is named, and Australian law separately prohibits online casino services to Australians. The named countries include:

  • Asia-Pacific and Africa: Australia and South Africa
  • Europe: Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK
  • Other: Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the US
  • The clause adds "among many others", so the list isn't exhaustive

How game types count towards bonus wagering

This section explains the general mechanics only. It is not a recommendation to take up any offer. On bonus play, the game type determines how fast wagering is cleared. The general terms set 40× wagering unless stated otherwise and a €5 maximum bet with bonus money. Game types count at different rates:

Game typeCounts towards wageringSource
Pokies (welcome bonus)100%Bonus page text
Some pokies70% or 50%General bonus terms
Live casino gamesDo not countGeneral bonus terms
Table gamesDo not countGeneral bonus terms
Video pokerDo not countGeneral bonus terms

In effect, bonus wagering can only be cleared on pokies. The terms don't name the pokies that count at 70% or 50%. Live and table games add nothing towards wagering.

Device support

According to the casino, the site runs in the browser on Android, iOS and Windows devices. A native app exists for Android only, as an APK download. There's no iOS app, but iOS users can add a home-screen shortcut. None of this changes the restriction for Australian residents described above.

Strengths and weaknesses of the game lobby

Pros

  • Clear sections for Megaways, Bonus Buy, Fruits, Instant and Scratch

  • Table section includes Andar Bahar alongside the classics
  • Browser support on Android, iOS and Windows

Cons

  • Not available to Australian residents, and online casino services to Australians are prohibited under the IGA
  • Contradictory game totals (5,682 vs more than 1,500)
  • Curaçao licence listed as revoked; no local licences found in the markets checked
  • NetEnt games restricted in further markets, including Australia
  • Live, table and video poker games don't count towards bonus wagering
  • No RTP or table-limit data published on the pages reviewed
