This page explains how the casino's withdrawal rules work, for information only. Payouts go by bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). The minimum is €20, or €100 by bank transfer. Requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. Each deposit must be wagered 2× before cashing out, or a 10% fee applies. Extra verification may be requested once total withdrawals pass €2,000. The Curaçao registry also lists the casino's licence as revoked. All figures are published in euros; the casino publishes no AUD amounts.

How the withdrawal process works under the terms
Our research did not document the cashier screens, so the sequence below summarises the conditions the terms attach to a payout. Most delayed or reduced payouts trace back to the first two conditions.
- Deposit turnoverEach deposit must be wagered 2× before withdrawal; otherwise a 10% fee is charged. Where a bonus is active, its wagering must also be completed.
- VerificationOnce total withdrawals exceed €2,000, extra verification may apply, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days.
- Payout methodWithdrawals go by bank transfer or crypto (USDT or Bitcoin). Card and e-wallet deposit methods are not listed as withdrawal options.
- Amount within limitsAt least €20, or €100 for a bank transfer, and no more than €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month.
- Pending periodRequests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays.
- DeliveryAfter approval, arrival time depends on the method. Support is reachable by live chat or email.
Withdrawal methods
Spin City lists many deposit methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum, with availability depending on the player's country. The withdrawal side is far narrower: the homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). In practice, a player who deposited by card or e-wallet would need a bank account or crypto wallet to receive a payout. Our payment methods overview covers the deposit side.

How long do Spin City withdrawals take?
The pending period: 0–48 hours
Under the terms, every withdrawal request first sits in a pending state for 0–48 hours while the casino reviews it. Processing runs every day, including weekends and public holidays, so a Friday request isn't held over until Monday. This window covers only the casino's internal review, not the time a bank or the blockchain takes to deliver the funds.
After approval
Spin City doesn't publish processing times per method, so there is no reliable estimate for bank transfer versus USDT or Bitcoin. A verification request pauses things until documents are supplied, and amounts above the weekly or monthly caps, or large wins paid in instalments, stretch the timeline further.
Withdrawal limits
| Limit | Amount | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 | Homepage |
| Minimum by bank transfer | €100 | Homepage |
| Maximum per week | €5,000 | Terms of service |
| Maximum per month | €15,000 | Terms of service |
| Large wins | €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments | Terms of service |
The caps mainly affect larger balances. Anything above the weekly limit has to come out over several weeks, and wins of €50,000 or more may be spread over 10 monthly instalments. The terms say "may", so this sits at the operator's discretion. Combined with the licence situation, a long payout schedule would leave a player exposed to the operator for an extended period.
Fees and conditions attached to payouts
The 2× deposit turnover rule
Even with no bonus involved, each deposit must be wagered 2× before withdrawal. A €100 deposit, for example, needs €200 in bets. Withdrawing before that turnover triggers a 10% fee under the terms. Rules like this are designed to stop the cashier being used to move money in and straight back out.
How bonus terms restrict withdrawals
- Bonuses carry 40× wagering unless stated otherwise, which must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus page states a maximum cashout of 200 EUR.
- No-deposit winnings are capped at €50 and require one deposit before withdrawal.
- The maximum bet with bonus money is €5; breaching it can put winnings at risk.
- Live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering, and some slots count only 70% or 50%.
- The boosted 6% weekly cashback carries 15× wagering; the standard 5% cashback is only credited if it reaches at least €5.
Inactivity fee
After 12 months without logging in, an inactivity fee of €5 a month applies, which gradually erodes any balance left behind.
Verification (KYC) and withdrawals
The terms say extra verification may apply once total withdrawals exceed €2,000, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Our research doesn't show which documents Spin City asks for. Cards may also be verified with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days; that relates to card deposits rather than payouts, but it is part of the same account checks.
Common reasons a withdrawal is delayed, reduced or refused
- Deposit not wagered 2×, triggering the 10% fee.
- Bonus wagering (40× unless stated otherwise) not completed, or the bonus cashout cap applied.
- Amount below the €20 minimum, or below €100 for bank transfer.
- Weekly (€5,000) or monthly (€15,000) limit already reached.
- Pending verification after passing €2,000 in total withdrawals, or documents not sent within 14 days.
- Residence in a restricted country. Clause 2.1.4 excludes Australia, the UK, the US, France, the Netherlands, Spain and many others from real-money play.
Pros
- Pending period of 0–48 hours, processed every day including weekends and public holidays
- Crypto payouts (USDT, Bitcoin) from a €20 minimum
- Limits and fees are set out in the terms
Cons
- Not available to Australian residents
- Only bank transfer and crypto for withdrawals, despite many deposit methods
- €100 minimum for bank transfer
- 10% fee if a deposit isn't wagered 2×
- Caps of €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month; large wins may be paid in instalments
- No published processing times per method
- Curaçao licence listed as revoked, limiting dispute options
Licence status and what it means for payouts
The terms we reviewed say Curaçao application OGL/2024/194/0642 was in progress and that the operator ran under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime; the GCB certificate page said the same. The later Curaçao registry dated 2 October 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. We found no local licence on the registers we checked: iGaming Ontario, the German GGL whitelist and the Portuguese SRIJ list. A licensed operator normally gives players a regulator to complain to about an unpaid withdrawal; here that safety net is uncertain. For Australians, ACMA's role is enforcing the ban on these services, not resolving disputes with offshore casinos. Figures on this page may also have changed since the terms were published. See our Spin City Casino review for more.
Customer support for withdrawals
The homepage says support runs day and night via live chat and email, in English, German, Polish, Danish and Russian. The About page also mentions phone support. The support email address and phone number weren't visible in our research, so live chat is the documented channel. Our customer support guide has the details.
