This page is for information only. For reference, the casino (spin.city) names Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum as deposit methods, with availability depending on the player's country. The published minimum deposit is €10. Withdrawals are listed only as bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin), with a €20 minimum (€100 by bank transfer) and caps of €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month. The terms add a 10% fee if a deposit is not wagered 2× before withdrawal. No amounts are published in Australian dollars, and the casino's Curaçao licence is listed as revoked in the regulator's latest registry.

The table reflects only what the casino publishes. An empty cell means the casino hasn't said whether a method works in that direction – for instance, it doesn't say whether Visa can be used for withdrawals. The casino describes its deposit list as including "many others" and says the methods shown depend on the player's country, so the named methods are a sample rather than a complete menu.

Deposit methods by type
| Type | Methods named by the casino | What the terms say |
|---|---|---|
| Payment cards | Visa, MasterCard | Cards may be checked with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days |
| E-wallets | Neteller, Skrill | Named for deposits only; neither appears on the published withdrawal list |
| Prepaid voucher | Paysafecard | Named for deposits only |
| Crypto | Binance Pay, Ethereum | Ethereum is listed for deposits; crypto withdrawals are listed as USDT and Bitcoin |
| Other named methods | Rapid, Sofort Extra, Zimpler | Availability depends on the player's country |
Withdrawal methods: bank transfer or crypto only
The standout point in the casino's payment rules is that deposit and withdrawal options don't line up. The homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT and Bitcoin) for withdrawals. None of the cards, e-wallets or vouchers named for deposits appear on that list, and bank transfers carry a higher €100 minimum than the €20 crypto minimum. In practice, a balance below €100 could only be withdrawn via crypto. Our withdrawal guide looks at the cash-out rules in more depth.
Deposit and withdrawal limits
| Limit | Amount | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | €10 | Homepage |
| Maximum deposit | Not published | — |
| Minimum withdrawal (crypto) | €20 | Homepage |
| Minimum withdrawal (bank transfer) | €100 | Homepage |
| Maximum withdrawal per week | €5,000 | Terms of service |
| Maximum withdrawal per month | €15,000 | Terms of service |
| Large wins | Wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments | Terms of service |
| Extra verification | May apply above €2,000 in total withdrawals | Terms of service |
The €10 minimum deposit is low, but the withdrawal caps are the more significant figures: even a large win is paid out at no more than €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, and wins of €50,000 or more may be spread over 10 monthly instalments. Neither the homepage nor the terms we reviewed set a maximum deposit, whether per transaction or per method. Card issuers and e-wallets typically apply their own limits.
Supported currencies
Spin City quotes every limit, bonus and fee in euros, and we found no published list of account currencies. There's no indication of Australian dollar support. The site has a Canadian version at spin.city/en-ca, but our research didn't turn up amounts in Canadian dollars either. On the crypto side, Binance Pay and Ethereum are named for deposits and USDT and Bitcoin for withdrawals; the casino doesn't explain how crypto amounts are converted into account balances.
Fees and charges
| Charge | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit turnover fee | Withdrawing before a deposit is wagered 2× | 10% fee |
| Card authorisation hold | Card verification | €1, held for 1–3 business days |
| Inactivity fee | After 12 months without logging in | €5 per month |
| Per-method deposit or withdrawal fees | Not published | — |
How the 2× deposit turnover rule works
The terms require each deposit to be wagered twice before it is withdrawn; otherwise a 10% fee is charged. On a €10 deposit, that means €20 in bets before a fee-free withdrawal. The rule sits apart from bonus wagering and applies even when no bonus is involved. The terms we reviewed don't specify whether the 10% comes off the deposit or the withdrawal amount. Rules like this are generally designed to stop a casino cashier being used as a pass-through account, and they mean money paid in can't always be taken straight back out.
The inactivity fee
If an account holds a balance and nobody logs in for 12 months, the terms allow a charge of €5 per month. Combined with the withdrawal minimums of €20 (or €100 by bank transfer), a small leftover balance may be impossible to withdraw and gradually eroded by this fee.
What the restriction means for Australians
Clause 2.1.4 of the terms bars real-money play for residents of many countries, including Australia, the UK, the US, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. On top of the casino's own rules, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits online casino and slot services being provided to people in Australia, and ACMA enforces that law. For this reason we don't describe how to register, deposit or use the cashier. The payment details on this page are provided purely so readers can understand the operator's published terms.
Verification and payment checks
Two checks in the terms relate to payments. Cards may be verified with the €1 authorisation hold mentioned above. Withdrawals may face extra verification once total withdrawals pass €2,000, with requested documents due within 14 days. Withdrawal requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays. The casino doesn't publish how long each method takes to arrive after processing. See our withdrawal page for the full cash-out rules and our support guide for the contact channels the casino lists.
How deposits connect to bonuses
As at many online casinos, Spin City ties its promotions to deposit amounts, and its own pages don't agree on the thresholds: the bonus page gives a 10 EUR minimum deposit for the welcome offer, while the homepage gives €20 or more for its first-deposit offer and €15 for a smaller one. The bonus page applies 40× wagering, the general terms set a €5 maximum bet while bonus money is in play, and weekly cashback carries 15× wagering in its boosted form. Bonus money generally adds conditions before a withdrawal is possible, and we haven't confirmed how the 2× deposit turnover rule interacts with bonus wagering. This is general context only; the offers are not available to Australian residents.
Operator and regulation
The terms run the gambling service through Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao), with Faro Entertainment Europe Limited in Cyprus as the site operator. Spin City doesn't appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list, the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities. A Curaçao certificate page refers to a Certificate of Operation while an application is pending, but the October 2026 registry lists the licence as revoked. If a payment dispute arose, it's unclear which regulator, if any, would handle a complaint. Note also that SpinCity South Africa (spincity.bet) is a separate operator, so its payment terms don't apply to spin.city.
