For reference, the casino lists Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum among its deposit methods, and availability depends on the player's country. The minimum deposit is €10. Withdrawals are narrower: only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin) are named. The minimum withdrawal is €20, or €100 by bank transfer, and the maximum is €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. The terms also charge a 10% fee if a deposit is withdrawn before being wagered 2×. Maximum deposits and processing times for each method are not published, and the casino's Curaçao licence is listed as revoked in the regulator's latest registry.

The table reflects only what the casino publishes. An empty cell means the casino has not said whether a method works in that direction; for instance, it does not state whether Visa can be used for withdrawals. The deposit list is described as including "many others", and the methods shown depend on the player's country, so the named methods are best read as a sample rather than a complete menu.

Withdrawal methods: bank transfer or crypto only

The key point here is that deposit and withdrawal options don't match. The homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT and Bitcoin) for withdrawals. None of the cards, e-wallets or vouchers named for deposits appear on that list. Someone paying in with Skrill, Paysafecard or a Visa card would therefore have to cash out by bank transfer or to a crypto wallet. Bank transfers carry a higher minimum of €100, so a player who doesn't use crypto could struggle to withdraw a balance below that figure. Our withdrawal guide covers cash-outs in more detail.

The €10 minimum deposit is low, but the withdrawal caps are the more significant figures. However large a win, payouts are capped at €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, and wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments. Neither the homepage nor the terms we reviewed set a maximum deposit, whether per transaction or per method. Card issuers and e-wallet providers typically apply their own limits, so the practical ceiling would depend on the provider.

Supported currencies

Spin City quotes every limit, bonus and fee in euro. We found no published list of account currencies. The site has a Canadian version at spin.city/en-ca, but our research turned up no amounts in Canadian dollars. On the crypto side, Binance Pay and Ethereum are named for deposits and USDT and Bitcoin for withdrawals. The casino does not explain how crypto amounts are converted into account balances.

How the 2× deposit turnover rule works

Under the terms, each deposit must be wagered twice before it can be withdrawn; otherwise a 10% fee is charged. On a €10 deposit, that means €20 in bets before a fee-free withdrawal. The rule is separate from bonus wagering and applies even without a bonus. The terms we reviewed don't specify whether the 10% is taken from the deposit or from the withdrawal amount. Rules like this are generally meant to stop a casino cashier being used as a pass-through account, and they mean money paid in can't always be taken straight back out.

The inactivity fee

If an account holds a balance and nobody logs in for 12 months, the terms allow a charge of €5 per month. A balance below the €20 minimum withdrawal (or €100 by bank transfer) cannot be withdrawn, so small leftover amounts are the ones most exposed to this fee.

Verification and payment checks

Two checks in the terms affect payments. Cards may be verified with the €1 authorisation hold mentioned above. Withdrawals may face extra verification once total withdrawals pass €2,000, and any requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Withdrawal requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and holidays. The casino does not publish how long each method takes to arrive after processing. Our withdrawal page explains the cash-out process, and our support guide lists the contact channels.

How deposits connect to bonuses

At Spin City, several promotions are tied to deposit amounts, and the casino's own pages don't agree on the thresholds: the bonus page gives a 10 EUR minimum deposit for the welcome offer, while the homepage says €20 or more is needed for its first-deposit offer. In general, bonus money brings extra conditions before anything can be withdrawn. Here the bonus page states 40× wagering, the general terms cap bets at €5 while bonus money is in play, and the higher weekly cashback rate is linked to deposits of €20 or more in the week and carries 15× wagering. We have not confirmed how the 2× deposit turnover rule interacts with bonus wagering.

Country availability and regulation

Clause 2.1.4 of the terms lists Ireland among the countries whose residents cannot play for real money, alongside the UK, the US, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and many others. The terms run the gambling service through Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao), and the site operator is Faro Entertainment Europe Limited in Cyprus. Spin City does not claim an Irish licence, and it did not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list, the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities. A Curaçao certificate page refers to a Certificate of Operation while an application is pending, but the October 2026 registry lists the licence as revoked. In practice, it is unclear which regulator, if any, would handle a payment dispute. Note too that SpinCity South Africa (spincity.bet) is a different operator, so its payment terms don't apply to spin.city.
