Withdrawals are narrower: only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin) are listed. The minimum withdrawal is €20, or €100 by bank transfer, and the maximum is €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. The fee most worth knowing about sits in the terms: each deposit must be wagered 2× before you withdraw, or a 10% fee applies. All amounts are in euros, so New Zealand players paying in NZD should expect currency conversion. The casino doesn't publish maximum deposits or per-method processing times, and its Curaçao licence is listed as revoked in the regulator's latest registry. This page is information only, not a recommendation to play.

The table reflects only what the casino publishes. An empty cell means the casino hasn't said whether a method works in that direction – for example, it doesn't say whether Visa can be used for withdrawals. The deposit list ends with "many others", and the casino says available methods depend on your country, so treat it as a sample rather than the full menu. The published list doesn't name any New Zealand-specific bank payment options, so what appears in the cashier for NZ residents is unconfirmed.

Deposit methods by type
| Type | Methods named by the casino | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Payment cards | Visa, MasterCard | Your card may be checked with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days |
| E-wallets | Neteller, Skrill | Deposits only – neither is on the published withdrawal list |
| Prepaid voucher | Paysafecard | Deposits only – you'll need another way to withdraw |
| Crypto | Binance Pay, Ethereum | Ethereum is listed for deposits; crypto withdrawals are listed as USDT and Bitcoin |
| Other named methods | Rapid, Sofort Extra, Zimpler | Availability depends on your country |
Withdrawal methods: bank transfer or crypto only
The key point on this page is that deposit and withdrawal options don't match. The homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT and Bitcoin) for withdrawals. None of the cards, e-wallets or vouchers used for deposits appear on that list. Someone who pays in with Skrill, Paysafecard or a Visa card would need to cash out by bank transfer or to a crypto wallet. Bank transfers carry a higher minimum of €100, so if you don't want to hold crypto, a balance under €100 may be hard to get back. For a New Zealander, a euro bank transfer into an NZD account also means conversion on the way back. Our withdrawal guide covers cash-outs in more detail.
Deposit and withdrawal limits
| Limit | Amount | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | €10 | Homepage |
| Maximum deposit | Not published | — |
| Minimum withdrawal (crypto) | €20 | Homepage |
| Minimum withdrawal (bank transfer) | €100 | Homepage |
| Maximum withdrawal per week | €5,000 | Terms of service |
| Maximum withdrawal per month | €15,000 | Terms of service |
| Large wins | Wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments | Terms of service |
| Extra verification | May apply above €2,000 in total withdrawals | Terms of service |
The €10 minimum deposit is low, but the withdrawal caps matter more for anyone playing with larger amounts. Even a big win comes out at no more than €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, and wins of €50,000 or more may be spread over 10 monthly instalments. Neither the homepage nor the terms we reviewed set a maximum deposit, per transaction or per method. Banks, card issuers and e-wallets usually apply their own limits, so the real ceiling may come from your provider.
Currencies and NZD
Spin City quotes every limit, bonus and fee in euros. We didn't find a published list of account currencies, and nothing in our research confirms NZD accounts. The site has a Canadian version at spin.city/en-ca, but we found no amounts in Canadian dollars there either. On the crypto side, Binance Pay and Ethereum are named for deposits and USDT and Bitcoin for withdrawals; the casino doesn't explain how crypto is converted into an account balance.
Fees and charges
| Charge | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit turnover fee | Withdrawing before a deposit is wagered 2× | 10% fee |
| Card authorisation hold | Card verification | €1, held for 1–3 business days |
| Inactivity fee | After 12 months without logging in | €5 per month |
| Per-method deposit or withdrawal fees | Not published | — |
How the 2× deposit turnover rule works
The terms require each deposit to be wagered twice before it's withdrawn; otherwise a 10% fee is charged. So a €10 deposit needs €20 in bets before it can come out fee-free. This rule is separate from bonus wagering and applies even without a bonus. The terms we reviewed don't say whether the 10% comes off the deposit or the withdrawal amount, so get a written answer from support rather than relying on either reading. In practice, money paid in can't simply be taken straight back out.
The inactivity fee
Leave money in the account without logging in for 12 months and the terms allow a charge of €5 per month. Anyone stopping play would want to withdraw their balance first – provided it's above the €20 minimum (or €100 by bank transfer). A balance below those minimums can't be withdrawn.
What to check before any deposit
We didn't document the cashier screens, so these points follow the published rules rather than the interface.
- Country eligibilityClause 2.1.4 of the terms bars real-money play in many countries, including Australia, the UK, the US, France, Spain and the Netherlands. New Zealand isn't among the countries named, but the list says "among many others", so it isn't exhaustive. You must also be 20 or older to gamble.
- Your withdrawal routeWithdrawals are listed only as bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). Without access to one of these, getting money back out may not be possible.
- Methods in your own nameMethods vary by country. Any method used should be in your own name.
- The €10 minimum€10 is the published minimum deposit. Some deposit-linked promotions use higher thresholds (see below).
- A possible card checkCard payments may trigger a €1 authorisation hold for 1–3 business days.
- Your own recordsTransaction references and screenshots help if a payment needs investigating or verification is requested later.
Verification and payment checks
Two checks in the terms affect payments. Cards may be verified with the €1 authorisation hold above. Withdrawals may face extra verification once total withdrawals pass €2,000, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Withdrawal requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays. The casino doesn't publish how long each method takes to arrive after processing. See our withdrawal page for the cash-out process and our support guide if a payment gets stuck.
How deposits connect to bonuses
Some promotions are tied to deposit size, and the casino's own pages disagree on the thresholds: the bonus page gives a 10 EUR minimum deposit for its welcome package, while the homepage links first-deposit promotions to deposits of €20 or more, or €15. Accepting any bonus adds conditions to withdrawals. The bonus page says 40× wagering applies, and the general terms set a €5 maximum bet while bonus money is in play. Weekly cashback is 5%, or 6% with 15× wagering attached for players who deposit €20 or more that week – so the higher rate comes with a wagering requirement. We haven't confirmed how the 2× deposit turnover rule interacts with bonus wagering. If in doubt, get the terms confirmed in writing by support.
Regulation and the New Zealand context
The terms run the gambling service through Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao), with Faro Entertainment Europe Limited in Cyprus as site operator. A Curaçao certificate page refers to a Certificate of Operation while an application is pending, but the October 2026 registry lists the licence as revoked. Spin City also didn't appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list, the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities. In New Zealand, gambling is overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs under the Gambling Act 2003, and an online casino licensing regime is being introduced. We found no confirmed DIA licence for Spin City and haven't checked with Internal Affairs. If a payment dispute arose, it's unclear which regulator, if any, you could turn to. Note too that SpinCity South Africa (spincity.bet) is a different operator, so its payment terms don't apply here.
