Our research did not document the cashier screens. The stages below simply follow the conditions in the terms. They describe how payouts work for players in permitted countries and are not a guide to opening an account. Most delayed or reduced payouts come from one of the checks in the first two stages.

On the deposit side, Spin City lists a long range of options depending on country, including Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum. Withdrawals are far narrower. The homepage names only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). The pending period: 0–48 hours

The terms say every withdrawal request first sits as pending for 0–48 hours while the casino reviews it. Processing runs every day, weekends and public holidays included, so a request made on a Friday or ahead of a bank holiday weekend shouldn't automatically wait until the following working day. This window is the casino's internal review only. It does not cover the time a bank or the blockchain takes to deliver the money.

After approval

Spin City does not publish processing times per method, so we can't give reliable delivery estimates for bank transfer compared with USDT or Bitcoin. Three things can hold a payout up further: a verification request that is still open, an amount above the weekly or monthly limits, or a large win paid in instalments.

The caps mainly affect bigger balances. Anything above the weekly limit has to come out over several weeks. Wins of €50,000 or more may be spread over 10 monthly instalments. The terms say "may", so this is at the operator's discretion. With the licence listed as revoked, a long payout schedule leaves a player relying on the operator for an extended period, with no clear regulator to turn to.

The 2× deposit turnover rule

Even with no bonus involved, each deposit must be wagered 2× before withdrawal. For example, €100 deposited needs €200 in bets. Withdrawing before that turnover is reached triggers a 10% fee under the terms. The rule is meant to stop the cashier being used to move money in and straight back out.

How bonus terms restrict withdrawals

• Bonuses carry 40× wagering unless stated otherwise. It must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus page states a maximum cashout of 200 EUR.
• Winnings from no-deposit offers are capped at €50 and require one deposit before withdrawal.
• The maximum bet with bonus money is €5. Breaking this rule can put winnings at risk.
• Live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering. Some slots count only 70% or 50%.
• Weekly cashback has its own conditions: the boosted 6% rate carries 15× wagering, and the standard 5% is credited only if it comes to at least €5.

Inactivity fee

After 12 months without a login, an inactivity fee of €5 per month applies. A balance left sitting in a dormant account is gradually reduced by this fee.

Under the terms, extra verification may apply once total withdrawals exceed €2,000, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Our research does not show which documents Spin City asks for. Cards may also be checked with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days. That concerns card deposits rather than payouts, but it is part of the same account checks. Using a bank account or wallet in the account holder's own name, and keeping copies of anything sent, reduces the risk of a payout being held up.

• Residence in a restricted country. Clause 2.1.4 lists Ireland alongside Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US and many others whose residents cannot play for real money.

The terms we reviewed state that Curaçao application OGL/2024/194/0642 was in progress, with the operator running under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime. The GCB certificate page said the same. The later Curaçao registry dated 2 October 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. We found no local licence in the registers we checked: iGaming Ontario, the German GGL whitelist and the Portuguese SRIJ list. In Ireland, gambling licensing is overseen by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. Spin City does not claim an Irish licence and excludes Irish residents in its terms. A licensed operator normally comes with a regulator that handles complaints about unpaid withdrawals.
