Spin City Casino Review for Irish Readers

Spin City Casino (spin.city) does not accept players from Ireland. Clause 2.1.4 of its terms lists Ireland among the countries whose residents cannot play for real money, so this review is for information only.

The casino offers a large game lobby, browser play on all major devices, an Android app and crypto withdrawals. Its weak point is regulation. The homepage still claims a Curaçao licence, but Curaçao's registry dated 2 October 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 August 2026. We found no local licence in Ontario, Germany or Portugal, and we did not check the GRAI register here in Ireland. The terms also contain restrictive rules: a 10% fee if a deposit is not wagered 2× before withdrawal, caps of €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month, and an inactivity fee. Our assessment is to treat this casino with caution. Below we set out what the official documents show, where they contradict each other, and what we could not verify.

Our verdict

For Irish readers the first point is simple: the terms exclude residents of Ireland from real-money play. Looking at the casino on its own merits, the product side is well stocked, with a big multi-provider lobby, live dealer tables, crash and scratch games and a sports betting section, and withdrawals are processed every day of the week. The fundamentals are weaker. The licence it claims is listed as revoked, we found no local licence in the three markets we checked, and the terms contain rules that can cost players money or delay access to it. Several official pages also contradict each other on basic figures. For a review meant to judge trustworthiness, those issues outweigh the size of the game library.

Strengths

  • Large lobby: the counter shows 5,682 games, with sections for Megaways, Bonus Buy, crash, scratch and fruit games
  • Broad provider mix, including BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Yggdrasil and Microgaming, plus live studios
  • Works in the browser on Android, iOS and Windows, with an Android APK app
  • Withdrawals are processed daily, including weekends and bank holidays, with a stated pending period of 0–48 hours
  • Crypto withdrawals (USDT, Bitcoin) are offered alongside bank transfer

Weaknesses

  • Ireland is on the restricted list, so Irish residents cannot play for real money
  • The Curaçao licence is listed as revoked as of 12 August 2026, yet the homepage still claims it
  • Not listed with iGaming Ontario, the German GGL or the Portuguese SRIJ, despite a Canadian site version
  • A 10% fee applies if a deposit is not wagered 2× before withdrawal
  • Withdrawal caps of €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month; wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments
  • Only bank transfer and crypto are listed for withdrawals, with a €100 minimum by bank transfer
  • Official pages contradict each other on the game count, bonus figures, support channels and company number
  • A €5 monthly inactivity fee applies after 12 months without logging in

Who runs Spin City Casino

The terms of service describe a two-company structure. A Curaçao company is the contracting party and holder of the gambling services, and a Cyprus subsidiary operates the website. We found no founding date in the official sources.

RoleEntityDetails
Contracting party ("we / us") and gambling licenseeFaro Entertainment N.V.Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao; Reg. No. 142227; parent of the Cyprus entity
Site operatorFaro Entertainment Europe Limited12 Demostheni Severi Av., Office 601, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus; Reg. No. ΗΕ 425912; VAT 10425912J

There is a discrepancy here. The terms give Faro Entertainment N.V.'s company number as 142227, as does the GCB certificate page, but the October 2026 Curaçao registry entry for the same licence shows company number 139031. The only terms we could read are a February 2025 PDF, so we cannot tell whether they are still current.

spin.city homepageStill states the casino holds an online gambling licence from the government of Curaçao

Taken together, the official record shows that the Curaçao licence the casino points to is no longer active, and the homepage claim has not been updated. A secondary source reports licences held by Limitex Ltd (Tobique) and Ascenda International SRL (Anjouan, ALSI-202507003-FI1). We could not confirm either on an official register, so we do not treat them as established.

Local licences in the markets we checked

  • Ireland: the casino does not claim a GRAI licence and its terms exclude Irish residents; we did not check the GRAI register.
  • Ontario: Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (accurate as of 1 September 2026), even though spin.city runs a Canadian (/en-ca) version.
  • Germany: Spin City does not appear on the GGL whitelist of permitted operators.
  • Portugal: Spin City does not appear on the SRIJ list of licensed entities.

We did not check several other registers either, including ACMA (Australia), other Canadian provinces, New Zealand's Internal Affairs, Denmark's Spillemyndigheden, the Austrian finance ministry, Estonia's ESBK, Italy's ADM, the Slovenian regulator, Norway's Lotteritilsynet, Finland's Poliisihallitus, the full Spanish DGOJ list and Sweden's Spelinspektionen.

Country restrictions

Clause 2.1.4 of the terms excludes residents of many countries from real-money play. The named countries include Ireland, as well as Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, the UK and the US. Provider-level blocks apply on top of this:

  • Clause 17.6: NetEnt games are blocked in Canada, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Australia and other countries.
  • Clause 17.8: NetEnt Universal Games are not allowed in Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden and other countries.

Ireland therefore appears twice in the terms: once in the general country exclusion and again in the NetEnt Universal Games block. Cyprus is also on the restricted list, even though the site operator is registered there. We did not test how access is enforced by IP address.

Games and providers

Illustration of playing cards and chips representing casino games

The game library is the casino's strongest area, but even the headline number is inconsistent. The Top Picks counter shows "All (5,682)" games, while text on the same page says more than 1,500. The counter probably reflects the live catalogue more closely, but we cannot confirm that. A fuller breakdown is on our games overview.

The About page also names Yggdrasil and Pragmatic Play. Live and specialist content comes from studios including Switch Studios, Lucky Streak, Betgames and Kiron. The casino does not publish RTP figures in the material we reviewed; RTP is normally shown in each game's information screen. Our slots page covers the slot range in more detail.

  • Burning Coins 100 (Endorphina)
  • 3 Piggies of Bank (Yggdrasil)
  • Wild Cash (BGaming)
  • Book of Pharaoh
  • Temple Tumble Megaways
  • Genie Jackpots Megaways
  • Royal Mint Megaways
  • Book of Dead (named in homepage promotions)

Table games and live casino

The RNG table section covers blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker and Andar Bahar. The live casino offers baccarat, roulette, poker and Wheel of Fortune, streamed in HD. Table limits for live games are not published in the sources we reviewed, and live, table and video poker games do not count towards bonus wagering. See our live casino page for more.

Mobile play and the app

Spin City Casino runs in the browser on Android, iOS and Windows devices. There is a native app for Android only, distributed as an APK file rather than through Google Play. There is no iOS app; the site suggests a home-screen shortcut for iPhone and iPad instead. An APK distributed outside an app store does not go through the store's review process, which is worth keeping in mind when judging any casino app.

Payments

Illustration of coins and a card representing deposits and withdrawals

We cover the banking rules because they say a lot about how fairly a casino treats players, not as a guide to depositing; Irish residents cannot play here for real money. The setup is lopsided: many deposit options are listed, but withdrawals are limited to bank transfer or crypto. The casino does not publish processing times per method or maximum deposits.

Deposits

Listed deposit methods include Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum, with availability depending on country. The minimum deposit is €10. Cards may be verified with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days. Our payments page has more background.

Bonus terms

We do not promote offers on this site, and none of this casino's promotions are open to Irish residents. We summarise the bonus rules only because they show how consistent and fair the casino's terms are. The main finding is that the official pages contradict each other.

Welcome package: conflicting figures

The promotion tiles on the bonus page and the text beneath them do not match. The tiles give the third-deposit match as 100%, while the text gives 75%. The text states a minimum deposit of 10 EUR, whereas the homepage ties its first-deposit offer to €20 or more and adds a separate €15 deposit tier that does not appear on the bonus page. The bonus page text also sets 40× wagering, a maximum cashout of 200 EUR, a validity of 5 days after registration, and only slots counting 100% towards wagering. Eligibility by country is not published.

General bonus rules

  • 40× wagering unless stated otherwise
  • €5 maximum bet while playing with bonus money
  • Free spins expire after 7 days
  • The no-deposit bonus is valid for 7 days and limited to one per new player
  • No-deposit winnings are capped at €50 and require one deposit before withdrawal
  • Live, table and video poker games do not count towards wagering; some slots count 70% or 50%
  • Bonuses cannot be stacked

Cashback and loyalty

The cashback page describes a weekly rate of 5%, calculated Friday to Friday and credited only if it comes to at least €5, and a boosted 6% for weeks with deposits of €20 or more, which carries 15× wagering. Cashback is paid on Fridays between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC. The VIP club lists Celebrity, Superstar and Icon tiers, while the homepage names Lord as the top loyalty status. These may be separate schemes; the site does not explain how they relate.

Customer support

  • Homepage: support day and night via live chat and email
  • Languages listed: English, German, Polish, Danish and Russian
  • About page: 24/7 live chat, phone and email
  • Not visible in our research: the actual support email address and phone number

Live chat is the one channel both pages agree on. We could not identify an independent regulator to escalate unresolved complaints to, which is a real drawback compared with operators licensed in Ireland. See our support page for more.

Account terms worth knowing

  • Inactivity: after 12 months without logging in, a fee of €5 per month applies.
  • Verification: extra checks may apply once total withdrawals pass €2,000, and requested documents must arrive within 14 days.
  • Card checks: a €1 authorisation hold for 1–3 business days may be used to verify cards.
  • Large wins: €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments rather than at once.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. The sources we reviewed do not document the casino's own limit or self-exclusion tools, and without an active licence we cannot point to regulator-backed protections. If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, the HSE Drugs and Alcohol Helpline offers free, confidential support on gambling on 1800 459 459, with further information at www2.hse.ie/living-well/gambling/. How we assessed Spin City Casino

This review is based on the casino's own pages (homepage, bonus, cashback, VIP, providers and About pages), its terms of service PDF, the Curaçao GCB certificate page and registries, and the public operator lists in Ontario, Germany and Portugal. We did not open a real-money account, so we report no test deposits or withdrawals. Gaps that remain:

  • Current licence status beyond the Curaçao revocation
  • The GRAI register, which we did not check
  • Whether the February 2025 terms are still in force
  • Real access restrictions by IP address
  • Processing times per payment method and maximum deposits
  • Which of the conflicting bonus figures applies
