Withdrawals are narrower: the casino lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). The minimum withdrawal is €20, or €100 by bank transfer. The maximum is €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month. The key charge is in the terms: each deposit must be wagered 2× before you withdraw, or a 10% fee applies. All published amounts are in euros, not Canadian dollars. The casino doesn't publish maximum deposits or per-method processing times. It isn't on the iGaming Ontario operator list, and its Curaçao licence is listed as revoked in the regulator's latest registry.

The table reflects only what the casino publishes. An empty cell means the casino hasn't said whether a method works in that direction. For example, it doesn't say whether Visa can be used for withdrawals. The casino says its deposit list includes "many others" and that the methods offered depend on your country, so treat the list as a sample rather than a full menu. Canadian readers will notice that Interac is not among the methods the casino names; we couldn't confirm whether it appears in the cashier for Canadian accounts.

Deposit methods by type
| Type | Methods named by the casino | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Credit and debit cards | Visa, Mastercard | Your card may be checked with a €1 authorization hold lasting 1–3 business days |
| E-wallets | Neteller, Skrill | Deposits only; neither is on the published withdrawal list |
| Prepaid voucher | Paysafecard | Deposits only; you'll need another method to withdraw |
| Crypto | Binance Pay, Ethereum | Ethereum is listed for deposits; crypto withdrawals are listed as USDT and Bitcoin |
| Other named methods | Rapid, Sofort Extra, Zimpler | Availability depends on your country |
Withdrawal methods: bank transfer or crypto only
The biggest takeaway on this page is that deposit and withdrawal options don't match. The homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT and Bitcoin) for withdrawals. None of the cards, e-wallets or vouchers named for deposits appear on that list. Money paid in by Skrill, Paysafecard or a Visa card would have to come back out by bank transfer or to a crypto wallet. Bank transfers carry a higher €100 minimum, so if you don't hold crypto, a balance under €100 may be hard to withdraw. Our withdrawal guide covers cash-outs in detail.
Deposit and withdrawal limits
| Limit | Amount | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | €10 | Homepage |
| Maximum deposit | Not published | — |
| Minimum withdrawal (crypto) | €20 | Homepage |
| Minimum withdrawal (bank transfer) | €100 | Homepage |
| Maximum withdrawal per week | €5,000 | Terms of service |
| Maximum withdrawal per month | €15,000 | Terms of service |
| Large wins | Wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments | Terms of service |
| Extra verification | May apply above €2,000 in total withdrawals | Terms of service |
The €10 minimum deposit is low; the withdrawal caps matter more. Even a large win comes out at no more than €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month, and wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments. Neither the homepage nor the terms we reviewed give a maximum deposit, per transaction or per method. Canadian card issuers and e-wallets set their own limits, and some banks restrict gambling transactions on credit cards, so the real ceiling may depend on your provider.
Currencies: euros, not Canadian dollars
Spin City quotes every limit, bonus and fee in euros. We didn't find a published list of account currencies. The site has a Canadian version at spin.city/en-ca, but our research found no amounts in Canadian dollars there. For crypto, Binance Pay and Ethereum are named for deposits and USDT and Bitcoin for withdrawals. The casino doesn't explain how crypto amounts are converted into account balances.
Fees and charges
| Charge | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit turnover fee | You withdraw before wagering a deposit 2× | 10% fee |
| Card authorization hold | Card verification | €1, held for 1–3 business days |
| Inactivity fee | After 12 months without logging in | €5 per month |
| Per-method deposit or withdrawal fees | Not published | — |
How the 2× deposit turnover rule works
Under the terms, each deposit must be wagered twice before you withdraw it; otherwise a 10% fee is charged. For example, a €10 deposit needs €20 in bets before it can be withdrawn without the fee. This rule is separate from bonus wagering and applies even if you play without a bonus. The terms we reviewed don't say whether the 10% is taken from the deposit or from the withdrawal amount, so get a written answer from support rather than relying on either reading. In practice, money paid in can't simply be taken back out free of charge.
The inactivity fee
If money sits in an account with no login for 12 months, the terms allow a charge of €5 per month. Anyone who stops playing should withdraw their balance first, provided it's above the €20 minimum (or €100 by bank transfer). A balance below those minimums can't be withdrawn.
What the published rules mean for a deposit
We didn't document the cashier screens themselves. The checklist below is based on the published rules, not on a walkthrough of the interface.
- Country eligibilityClause 2.1.4 of the terms bars real-money play for residents of many countries, including the UK, the US, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Australia. Canada isn't among the countries named, but the list says "among many others". Spin City also isn't registered with iGaming Ontario, so it isn't an authorized operator in Ontario.
- Withdrawal routeWithdrawals are listed only as bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). A deposit method you can't withdraw to leaves you dependent on one of these.
- Country-specific methodsMethods vary by country, and any method used should be in your own name.
- Minimum amount€10 is the published minimum. Some promotions on the homepage set higher deposit thresholds (see below).
- Card checksCard payments may trigger a €1 authorization hold for 1–3 business days.
- RecordsTransaction references and screenshots help if a payment needs investigating or verification is requested later.
Verification and payment checks
Two checks in the terms affect payments. Cards may be verified with the €1 authorization hold described above. Withdrawals may face extra verification once total withdrawals pass €2,000, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Withdrawal requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and holidays. The casino doesn't publish how long each method takes to arrive after processing. See our withdrawal page for the full cash-out process and our support guide if a payment gets stuck.
How deposits connect to bonus conditions
Some promotions are tied to deposit amounts, and the casino's own pages give different thresholds. The bonus page states a 10 EUR minimum deposit with 40× wagering, while the homepage ties its first-deposit offer to €20 or more and another offer to a €15 deposit. The general terms set a €5 maximum bet while playing with bonus money. Weekly cashback also changes with deposits: 5% as standard, or 6% with 15× wagering for deposits of €20 or more that week. We haven't confirmed how the 2× deposit turnover rule interacts with bonus wagering. Accepting a bonus adds conditions that can delay or limit withdrawals, so read the full terms before any deposit linked to one.
Regulation and where to complain
The terms name Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao) as the gambling operator, and the site operator is Faro Entertainment Europe Limited in Cyprus. Spin City doesn't appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list, the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities; we didn't check other provinces. A Curaçao certificate page refers to a Certificate of Operation while an application is pending, but the October 2026 registry lists the licence as revoked. That means neither the AGCO nor iGaming Ontario oversees this site, and it's unclear which regulator, if any, would handle a payment dispute. Note also that SpinCity South Africa (spincity.bet) is a different operator, so its payment terms don't apply here.
