A note on currency: the casino's terms and pages publish amounts in euros. We found no Canadian-dollar figures in the sources we reviewed, so all amounts on this page are shown in euros as published.

On product breadth, Spin City Casino is well stocked: a big multi-provider lobby, live dealer tables, crash and scratch games, and a sports betting section, with withdrawals processed every day of the week. On the fundamentals, the picture is weaker. The licence it claims is listed as revoked, it is not registered with iGaming Ontario, and we found no local licence in the other markets we checked. The terms contain rules that can cost players money or delay access to it, and several official pages contradict each other on basic figures. For a review meant to judge trustworthiness, those issues outweigh the size of the game library.

The terms of service describe a two-company structure. A Curaçao company is the contracting party and holder of the gambling services, and a Cyprus subsidiary operates the website. We found no founding date in the official sources.

There is a discrepancy here. The terms give Faro Entertainment N.V.'s company number as 142227, as does the GCB certificate page. The October 2026 Curaçao registry entry for the same licence shows company number 139031. The only terms we could read are a February 2025 PDF, so we cannot tell whether they are still current.

Status in Canada

Online gambling in Canada is regulated province by province. In Ontario, private operators must be registered with the AGCO and contracted with iGaming Ontario; elsewhere, provincial lottery corporations run the regulated sites. Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (accurate as of Sept. 1, 2026), even though spin.city runs a Canadian (/en-ca) version. Canada is not on the restricted-countries list in the terms, but clause 17.6 blocks NetEnt games here. We did not check registers or arrangements in other provinces.

Curaçao licence timeline

Taken together, the official record shows that the Curaçao licence the casino points to is no longer active, and the homepage claim has not been updated. A secondary source reports licences held by Limitex Ltd (Tobique) and Ascenda International SRL (Anjouan, ALSI-202507003-FI1). We could not confirm either on an official register, so we do not treat them as established.

Other markets we checked

• Germany: Spin City does not appear on the GGL whitelist of permitted operators.
• Portugal: Spin City does not appear on the SRIJ list of licensed entities.

We did not check several other registers, including other Canadian provinces, ACMA (Australia), New Zealand's Internal Affairs, Denmark's Spillemyndigheden, the Austrian finance ministry, Estonia's ESBK, Ireland's GRAI, Italy's ADM, the Slovenian regulator, Norway's Lotteritilsynet, Finland's Poliisihallitus, the full Spanish DGOJ list and Sweden's Spelinspektionen.

Clause 2.1.4 of the terms excludes residents of many countries from real-money play. Those named include Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, the UK and the US. Canada is not named, but provider-level blocks apply on top:

• Clause 17.6: NetEnt games are blocked in Canada, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Australia and other countries.
• Clause 17.8: NetEnt Universal Games are not allowed in Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden and other countries.

Cyprus is on the restricted list even though the site operator is registered there. We were not able to test how access is actually enforced by IP address.

The game library is the casino's strongest area, but even the headline number is inconsistent. The Top Picks counter shows "All (5,682)" games, while text on the same page says more than 1,500. The counter probably reflects the live catalogue more closely, but we cannot confirm that. Keep in mind that NetEnt titles are blocked for Canadian players under the terms. We do not promote offers on this site, and Ontario rules restrict bonus advertising to registered operators. We cover the bonus rules only because they show how the casino's terms work. The main finding is that the official pages contradict each other: the bonus page's promotion tiles and its own text disagree on the third-deposit match, the homepage and bonus page state different minimum deposits, and the homepage lists an extra tier that the bonus page does not mention. Eligibility by country is not published.
