Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. Each deposit has to be wagered 2× before you cash out, or a 10% fee applies. Extra verification may be requested once your total withdrawals pass €2,000. All limits are published in euros, not NZ dollars. Before you play, read the licence section below. The Curaçao registry lists the casino's licence as revoked, and there is no confirmed Department of Internal Affairs licence for this brand in New Zealand.

How to withdraw from Spin City Casino, step by step

We didn't document the cashier screens themselves, so these steps follow the conditions written into the terms. Most stalled or reduced cash-outs come down to missing one of the checks in steps 1 and 2.

  1. Make sure your deposits are turned overEach deposit must be wagered 2× before withdrawal, or a 10% fee is charged. If you've taken a bonus, its wagering requirement has to be completed first as well.
  2. Get your account verifiedConfirm your email and phone number, and have your ID documents handy. Once total withdrawals go over €2,000, extra verification may apply, and any requested documents must be sent within 14 days.
  3. Pick a payout methodWithdrawals go out by bank transfer or crypto (USDT or Bitcoin). Card and e-wallet deposit options aren't listed as withdrawal methods.
  4. Enter an amount within the limitsRequest at least €20, or at least €100 for a bank transfer, and stay within €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month.
  5. Wait out the pending periodRequests sit pending for 0–48 hours. They're processed daily, weekends and public holidays included.
  6. Track the payment and contact support if neededAfter approval, delivery time depends on the method. If the money doesn't turn up, contact support via live chat or email and keep a record of your request.

Withdrawal methods

Spin City lists plenty of deposit methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay and Ethereum, with availability depending on your country. Withdrawals are far more limited: the homepage names only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). So if you top up with a card or e-wallet, you'll generally need a bank account or a crypto wallet to receive any winnings. The limits are set in euros and our research doesn't show whether NZD is supported, so a payout to a Kiwi bank account may involve currency conversion by your bank. For the deposit side, see our payment methods guide.

How long do Spin City withdrawals take?

The pending period: 0–48 hours

Under the terms, every withdrawal request first sits pending for 0–48 hours while the casino reviews it. Processing runs every day, including weekends and public holidays, so a request lodged on a Friday doesn't have to wait until Monday. Bear in mind this window only covers the casino's internal review, not the time your bank or the blockchain takes to deliver the funds.

After approval

The terms say the money can take a few more days to arrive, depending on the method. Spin City doesn't publish processing times per method, so we can't give reliable estimates for bank transfer versus USDT or Bitcoin. A verification request pauses things until you've supplied the documents, and the same goes for amounts above the weekly or monthly caps, or a large win being paid in instalments.

Withdrawal limits

LimitAmountSource
Minimum withdrawal€20Homepage
Minimum by bank transfer€100Homepage
Maximum per week€5,000Terms of service
Maximum per month€15,000Terms of service
Large wins€50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalmentsTerms of service

These caps mainly affect bigger winners. A balance over the weekly limit has to come out across several weeks, and wins of €50,000 or more may be spread over 10 monthly instalments. The terms say "may", so that's at the operator's discretion. Given the licence situation, a drawn-out payout schedule leaves you relying on the operator for a long time, which is why many players prefer to withdraw regularly rather than let a large balance build up.

Fees and conditions to clear before cashing out

The 2× deposit turnover rule

Even if you haven't taken a bonus, each deposit has to be wagered 2× before you withdraw. A €100 deposit, for example, needs €200 in bets. Withdraw before reaching that and the terms say a 10% fee is charged. The rule exists to stop the cashier being used as a payment pass-through, so if you deposit and then change your mind, expect the fee.

How bonus conditions restrict withdrawals

  • Bonuses carry 40× wagering unless stated otherwise, and this must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
  • The bonus page states a maximum cashout of 200 EUR for the welcome bonus.
  • Winnings from no-deposit offers are capped at €50 and require one deposit before withdrawal.
  • The maximum bet with bonus money is €5. Breaking this rule can put winnings at risk.
  • Live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering, and some slots count only 70% or 50%.
  • The boosted 6% weekly cashback carries 15× wagering. The standard 5% cashback is only credited if it comes to at least €5.

Inactivity fee

After 12 months without logging in, an inactivity fee of €5 a month applies. If you've stopped playing, withdraw what's left so it isn't gradually eaten up by fees.

Verification (KYC) and withdrawals

The terms say extra verification may apply once your total withdrawals exceed €2,000, and requested documents must be sent within 14 days. Our research doesn't show which documents Spin City asks for, so if a request is unclear, check with support rather than guessing. Cards may also be verified with a €1 authorisation hold lasting 1–3 business days. That relates to card deposits rather than payouts, but it's part of the same account checks.

  1. Register with your real name, address and date of birth so they match your documents.
  2. Confirm your email and phone number early on.
  3. Withdraw only to a bank account or wallet in your own name.
  4. Respond to document requests well inside the 14-day deadline and keep copies of what you sent.

Common reasons a withdrawal is delayed, reduced or refused

  • Deposit not wagered 2×, which triggers a 10% fee.
  • Bonus wagering (40× unless stated otherwise) not completed, or the bonus cashout cap applied.
  • Amount under the €20 minimum, or under €100 for bank transfer.
  • Weekly (€5,000) or monthly (€15,000) limit already reached.
  • Verification pending after passing €2,000 in total withdrawals, or documents not sent within 14 days.
  • Playing from a restricted country. Under clause 2.1.4, residents of countries including Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US and many others can't play for real money. New Zealand isn't among the countries named, but the list isn't exhaustive, so check the full clause.

Pros

  • Pending period of 0–48 hours, with processing every day including weekends and public holidays
  • Crypto payouts (USDT, Bitcoin) with a €20 minimum
  • Limits and fees are set out in the terms

Cons

  • Only bank transfer and crypto for withdrawals, despite many deposit methods
  • €100 minimum for bank transfer
  • 10% fee if a deposit isn't wagered 2×
  • Caps of €5,000 weekly and €15,000 monthly; large wins may be paid in instalments
  • No published processing times per method
  • Limits set in euros, not NZD
  • Curaçao licence listed as revoked and no confirmed DIA licence, limiting your options in a dispute

Licence status and what it means for payouts

The terms we reviewed date from February 2025. They say the Curaçao application OGL/2024/194/0642 was in progress and that the operator was running under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime, which the GCB certificate page also stated. The later Curaçao registry dated 2 October 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. We found no local licence in the registers we checked: iGaming Ontario, the German GGL whitelist and the Portuguese SRIJ list. A licensed operator normally gives you a regulator to complain to about an unpaid withdrawal; here that safety net is uncertain. The figures on this page may also have changed since the terms were published. Our full Spin City Casino review goes into more detail.

The New Zealand context

In New Zealand, gambling is overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs under the Gambling Act 2003, and a licensing regime for online casinos is being introduced. Spin City has no confirmed DIA licence and doesn't claim a local one, so a payout dispute couldn't be raised with a New Zealand regulator. This page is for information only and isn't a recommendation to play.

Getting help with a withdrawal

The homepage says support is available day and night via live chat and email, in English, German, Polish, Danish and Russian. The About page also mentions phone support, but we couldn't find the support email address or phone number in our research, so live chat is the documented route. Save chat transcripts and screenshots of your withdrawal request in case you need to escalate. See our customer support guide for more.
