Spin City Casino Withdrawals: A Guide for Canadian Players

Spin City Casino pays out only by bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). The minimum withdrawal is €20, or €100 by bank transfer. The operator publishes its limits in euros, and our research found no figures in Canadian dollars.

Under the terms, requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed every day, including weekends and holidays. Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month. Each deposit must be wagered 2× before you cash out, or a 10% fee applies. Extra verification may be requested once your total withdrawals pass €2,000. Canadian players should also know two things about the casino's status. Spin City is not on the iGaming Ontario operator list, and the Curaçao registry lists its only claimed licence as revoked. How to withdraw from Spin City Casino, step by step

Our research did not document the cashier screens themselves, so these steps follow the conditions in the terms. Most delayed or reduced cash-outs happen because one of the checks in steps 1 and 2 was missed.

  2. Get your account verifiedHave your identity documents ready. Once your total withdrawals exceed €2,000, extra verification may apply, and you must send any requested documents within 14 days.
  3. Pick a payout methodWithdrawals go by bank transfer or crypto (USDT or Bitcoin). The card and e-wallet methods offered for deposits are not listed as withdrawal options.
  4. Enter an amount within the limitsRequest at least €20, or at least €100 for a bank transfer. Stay within €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month.
  5. Wait out the pending periodRequests stay pending for 0–48 hours. Processing happens every day, weekends and holidays included.
  6. Track the payment and contact support if neededAfter approval, how long the money takes to arrive depends on the method. If it doesn't show up, contact support by live chat or email and keep a record of your request.

Withdrawal methods

Spin City offers far more ways to deposit than to withdraw. Deposit methods include Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay, Ethereum and others, depending on your country. For withdrawals, the homepage lists only bank transfer and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). Interac, the method many Canadians use day to day, does not appear in the methods we documented. If you deposit by card or e-wallet, plan on receiving winnings to a bank account or a crypto wallet. Amounts are set in euros, so your bank or exchange may apply its own currency conversion. Our deposit and payment methods guide covers the deposit side.

How long do Spin City withdrawals take?

The pending period: 0–48 hours

Under the terms, every withdrawal request first sits in a pending state for 0–48 hours while the casino reviews it. Processing runs every day, including weekends and statutory holidays, so a request made on a Friday or before a long weekend doesn't have to wait until the next business day. This window covers only the casino's internal review. It does not include the time your bank or the blockchain needs to deliver the funds.

After approval

The terms say funds can take a few more days to arrive, depending on the method. Spin City does not publish a processing time for each method, so we can't give reliable estimates for bank transfer compared with USDT or Bitcoin. Several things can pause the process. A verification request holds things up until you send the documents. An amount over the weekly or monthly limits also slows the payout, and so does a large win paid in instalments.

Withdrawal limits

LimitAmountSource
Minimum withdrawal€20Homepage
Minimum by bank transfer€100Homepage
Maximum per week€5,000Terms of service
Maximum per month€15,000Terms of service
Large wins€50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalmentsTerms of service

These caps mostly affect bigger winners. A balance above the weekly limit has to come out over several weeks. Wins of €50,000 or more may be spread across 10 monthly instalments. The terms say "may", so this is up to the operator. Given the licence situation described above, a long payout schedule leaves your money with the operator for an extended period. That is a reason many players withdraw regularly instead of letting a large balance build up.

Fees and conditions to clear before cashing out

The 2× deposit turnover rule

Even if you don't take a bonus, you must wager each deposit 2× before withdrawing. A €100 deposit, for example, needs €200 in bets. If you withdraw before reaching that turnover, the terms say a 10% fee is charged. The rule is meant to stop the cashier being used to move money through. If you deposit and then change your mind, expect to pay the fee.

How bonus terms restrict withdrawals

  • Bonuses carry 40× wagering unless stated otherwise, and you must complete it before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
  • The welcome bonus page states a maximum cashout of 200 EUR.
  • Winnings from no-deposit offers are capped at €50 and require one deposit before withdrawal.
  • The maximum bet with bonus money is €5. Breaking this rule can put winnings at risk.
  • Live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering, and some slots count only 70% or 50%.
  • Cashback comes with conditions too. The boosted 6% weekly cashback carries 15× wagering, and the standard 5% is credited only if it comes to at least €5.

Inactivity fee

After 12 months without logging in, an inactivity fee of €5 per month applies. If you stop playing, withdraw what's left in your account so fees don't slowly use it up.

Verification (KYC) and withdrawals

According to the terms, extra verification may apply once your total withdrawals exceed €2,000, and you must send requested documents within 14 days. Our research does not show which documents Spin City asks for. If a request is unclear, ask support rather than guessing. Cards may also be verified with a €1 authorization hold lasting 1–3 business days. That affects card deposits rather than payouts, but it is part of the same account checks.

  1. Register with your real name, address and date of birth so they match your documents.
  2. Confirm your email and phone number early.
  3. Withdraw to a bank account or wallet in your own name.
  4. Reply to document requests well before the 14-day deadline, and keep copies of everything you send.

Common reasons a withdrawal is delayed, reduced or refused

  • The deposit wasn't wagered 2×, which triggers a 10% fee.
  • Bonus wagering (40× unless stated otherwise) wasn't completed, or the bonus cashout cap applied.
  • The amount is below the €20 minimum, or below €100 for a bank transfer.
  • The weekly (€5,000) or monthly (€15,000) limit has already been reached.
  • Verification is pending after €2,000 in total withdrawals, or the documents weren't sent within 14 days.
  • The player is in a restricted country. Clause 2.1.4 bars residents of countries including Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US and many others from real-money play. Canada is not on that list, but under clause 17.6 NetEnt games are blocked in Canada.

Pros

  • Pending period of 0–48 hours, with processing every day, weekends and holidays included
  • Crypto payouts (USDT, Bitcoin) with a €20 minimum
  • Limits and fees are set out in writing in the terms

Cons

  • Only bank transfer and crypto for withdrawals, despite the many deposit methods
  • €100 minimum for bank transfer
  • 10% fee if a deposit isn't wagered 2×
  • Caps of €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month; large wins may be paid in instalments
  • No published processing times per method
  • Amounts in euros, not Canadian dollars
  • Not on the iGaming Ontario list; Curaçao licence listed as revoked, which limits your options in a dispute

Licence status and what it means for Canadian payouts

In Canada, online gambling is regulated by the provinces. In Ontario, licensed operators register with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (as of 1 Sep 2026), and we did not check other provinces. The site does have a Canadian (/en-ca) version, but that is not a licence. Nor is the casino on the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list. The terms we could read date from February 2025. They say Curaçao application OGL/2024/194/0642 was in progress and that the operator was working under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime. The GCB certificate page said the same. The later Curaçao registry dated 2 Oct 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 Aug 2026, at the operator's request. With a provincially registered operator, you normally have a regulator to complain to if a withdrawal goes unpaid. Here, that safety net is uncertain. The figures on this page may also have changed since the terms were published. Our full Spin City Casino review goes into more detail.

Getting help with a withdrawal

The homepage says support is available day and night via live chat and email, in English, German, Polish, Danish and Russian. French is not on that list, which matters for players in Quebec. The About page also mentions phone support, but we couldn't find the support email address or phone number in our research. Live chat is the documented route. Save chat transcripts and screenshots of your withdrawal request in case you need to escalate. Our customer support guide has more.
