Affiliate disclosure

This is an independent review site published by SmgTev. Sites like ours are typically funded through affiliate commissions: an operator may pay the publisher when a reader follows a clearly labelled partner link to its site and then signs up or plays.

Commissions never decide what we write. We report licence problems, restrictive terms and other unfavourable facts in the same way as positive ones. For New Zealand readers, this site is purely informational. We carry no partner links or promotional buttons for Spin City Casino here.

Who publishes this site

This site is published by SmgTev, based in Ukraine. You can reach us at tevezmc32@gmail.com. We are not owned or operated by Spin City Casino. Spin City Casino's terms name Faro Entertainment N.V. as the contracting party and Faro Entertainment Europe Limited (Cyprus) as the site operator. Neither company edits or signs off on our pages. You can find out more on our about page or get in touch.

How affiliate commissions work

Gambling operators run affiliate programmes that reward websites for referring new players. The operator pays the commission, and you are not charged for it. Depending on the agreement, a commission usually takes one of these forms:

  • A one-off payment when a referred visitor signs up and makes a first deposit.
  • A share of the net revenue the operator earns from referred players. Under this model, an affiliate earns more when referred players lose money.
  • A mix of both.

How commissions affect our content

  • Our facts come from the operator's own pages, its terms and official regulator registers. Commercial relationships don't change them.
  • No operator can pay for a better assessment or have negative findings removed.
  • Where a site uses partner links, they must state exactly where they lead: the brand's site, via a partner link. We never disguise them as login or sign-up buttons.
  • We don't use urgency, scarcity or 'risk-free' wording.

Example: licence status

Spin City Casino's homepage still says it holds a Curaçao licence. However, the Curaçao registry dated 2 October 2026 lists licence OGL/2024/194/0642 as revoked from 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. We also found no listing for the brand on the iGaming Ontario operator list, the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list. We publish this regardless of any commercial interest. The details are in our review.

Why there are no promotional buttons

We don't promote a brand unless we can confirm that it is licensed for the reader's market. On top of the licence situation above, the brand's own terms bar residents of many countries from real-money play, including the UK, the US, Ukraine, Spain, Sweden and Australia. New Zealand is not on that list in the terms, but that does not mean the brand is licensed here.

The New Zealand position

Gambling in New Zealand is overseen by the Department of Internal Affairs. The Gambling Act 2003 prohibits advertising overseas gambling in New Zealand, and a licensing regime for online casinos is still being introduced. Spin City Casino does not claim a New Zealand licence, and we have not confirmed any Internal Affairs licence for the brand. For these reasons, our New Zealand pages are informational only. They carry no partner links, no sign-up or deposit prompts and no bonus promotion. You must be 20 or over to gamble at a casino in New Zealand.
