First, the Curaçao licence the casino cites, OGL/2024/194/0642, is listed as revoked as of 12 August 2026 in the Curaçao registry dated 2 October 2026, yet the homepage still claims a Curaçao licence. Second, we found no confirmation that the brand holds a licence from New Zealand's Department of Internal Affairs, and no local licence was found in Ontario, Germany or Portugal. Withdrawals also come with firm rules: a €20 minimum, caps of €5,000 per week and €15,000 per month, and a 10% fee if a deposit has not been wagered 2× first. The casino publishes its amounts in euros. Every answer draws on the casino's own terms and pages and on public regulator lists. This page is for information only and is intended for readers aged 20 and over.

Who runs Spin City Casino?
The terms of service name Faro Entertainment N.V. as "we / us". The company is based at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao (Reg. No. 142227), and is described as the parent company that holds responsibility for the gambling services. The website itself is operated by Faro Entertainment Europe Limited, 12 Demostheni Severi Av., Office 601, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus (Reg. No. ΗΕ 425912, VAT 10425912J).
Does Spin City hold a valid gambling licence?
We could not confirm a current licence. The record developed like this: the terms say Curaçao licence application OGL/2024/194/0642 is in progress and that the operator runs under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime, and the Curaçao GCB certificate page said the same. The September 2025 registry then listed the licence as issued on 12 August 2025 and expiring on 12 February 2026. The registry dated 2 October 2026 lists it as revoked as of 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. The homepage still says the casino holds a Curaçao licence. We have not verified any replacement licence. Our full review explains what this means in practice.
Is Spin City licensed in New Zealand?
Not as far as we could confirm. The brand does not claim a New Zealand licence, and we did not check with the Department of Internal Affairs. New Zealand is not on the restricted-country list in the casino's terms, but that is not the same as local authorisation. A licensing regime for online casinos is being introduced here, so keep an eye on Internal Affairs announcements.
Why don't the company numbers match?
The terms give Faro Entertainment N.V.'s registration number as 142227, while the Curaçao OGL registry lists the licence holder under company no. 139031. We could only read one version of the terms, so we can't say which number is current. Treat it as an open question.
Is Spin City licensed in Ontario, Germany or Portugal?
No. Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (accurate as of 1 September 2026), the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities. We haven't checked every national regulator.
Is spincity888.bet the official Spin City website?
No. This is an independent review and information site published by SmgTev, which earns commissions through partner links, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. The casino's own domain is spin.city, and we have found no confirmed ownership link or redirect between the two. See about us for our editorial process.
Is Spin City the same as SpinCity South Africa?
No. SpinCity South Africa (spincity.bet) is a different operator. According to its own site it is run by Betterbet (Pty) Ltd and refers to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. Nothing on this page applies to that brand.

Which countries are barred from real-money play?
Terms clause 2.1.4 excludes residents of many countries, including Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, the UK and the US. The list is not exhaustive. New Zealand is not named in it.
Are there regional versions of the site?
There is a Canadian version at /en-ca. Spin City is not on the iGaming Ontario operator list, so it is not an authorised operator for players in Ontario. We found no dedicated New Zealand version in our research.
Why might some games be unavailable?
Providers set their own country rules. Under clause 17.6, NetEnt games are blocked in Canada, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Australia and other countries. Under clause 17.8, NetEnt Universal Games are not allowed in Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden and other countries.
Is there an inactivity fee?
Yes. After 12 months without logging in, a fee of €5 per month applies. Anyone with a dormant account would be wise to withdraw the balance or close it.
How do I sign in safely?
Type the casino's domain yourself rather than following links from look-alike sites, as similarly named brands and domains exist. Our login guide covers sign-in, account recovery and common problems.

Is there a Spin City app?
There is a native app for Android only, supplied as an APK download; there is no iOS app. APK files install outside the Google Play store, so they bypass its checks. Only download from the casino's own domain and review your phone's security settings. More on our app page.
Does the site work on a mobile browser?
Yes. It runs in the browser on Android, iOS and Windows devices, and iPhone and iPad users can add a home-screen shortcut.

Deposits and withdrawals
No matching questions found. Try a different word.
Which deposit methods are listed?
Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Neteller, Rapid, Skrill, Sofort Extra, Zimpler, Binance Pay, Ethereum and many others. What you see depends on your country, and our research did not confirm which methods appear for New Zealand. Maximum deposits and per-method processing times are not published. See our payments page.
Are amounts shown in NZ dollars?
The casino publishes its limits and fees in euros, and our research did not confirm NZD as an account currency. All figures on this page are in euros, as published; if you are charged in another currency, your bank's exchange rate and any conversion fees apply.
What is the minimum deposit?
€10, although some homepage offers carry a higher qualifying amount.
Why has €1 been held on my card?
Cards may be verified with a €1 authorisation hold that lasts 1–3 business days.
How can I withdraw?
By bank transfer or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin). The minimum is €20, or €100 by bank transfer. We found no evidence of withdrawals to cards or e-wallets, so anyone depositing that way should work out their withdrawal route beforehand.
How long do withdrawals take?
Requests stay pending for 0–48 hours and are processed daily, including weekends and public holidays. After approval, funds can take a few more days to arrive depending on the method. Our withdrawal guide walks through the process.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
In one case, yes. Each deposit must be wagered 2× before it is withdrawn; otherwise a 10% fee is charged.
What are the withdrawal limits?
€5,000 per week and €15,000 per month. Wins of €50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments, so a large win could take a long time to receive in full.
When is ID verification needed?
Extra verification may apply once total withdrawals exceed €2,000, and requested documents must be supplied within 14 days.

How the bonus terms work
No matching questions found. Try a different word.
How is the welcome package structured?
It is spread across the first four deposits, but the bonus page contradicts itself. The tiles show 100% (max €200) + 100 FS, then 75%, 100% and 100% (each max €200). The text on the same page refers to 350% across four deposits and gives the 3rd deposit as 75%. That text also sets 40× wagering, a maximum cashout of 200 EUR, a minimum deposit of 10 EUR and validity of 5 days after registration, with only slots counting 100% towards wagering.
Do the homepage offers match the bonus page?
Not fully. The homepage lists free spins for confirming email and phone, plus deposit-match offers with free spins on Book of Dead, and the amounts and thresholds differ from the bonus page.
What are the general wagering rules?
Wagering is 40× unless stated otherwise. The maximum bet with bonus money is €5, free spins expire after 7 days, live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering, some slots count only 70% or 50%, and bonuses can't be stacked.
What conditions apply to the no-deposit bonus?
It is valid for 7 days, limited to one per new player. Winnings are capped at €50 and one deposit is required before they can be withdrawn.
How is weekly cashback calculated?
Standard cashback is 5%, calculated Friday to Friday and credited only if it comes to at least €5. With deposits of €20 or more that week, a 6% rate applies instead, but it carries 15× wagering. It is paid on Fridays between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC, which is Friday evening in New Zealand.
Is there a VIP or loyalty programme?
Yes. The VIP tiers are Celebrity, Superstar and Icon, and the top loyalty status is Lord. We found no published qualifying criteria or rewards per level.
07
Customer support
No matching questions found. Try a different word.
How do I contact Spin City support?
The homepage says support is available day and night via live chat and email; the About page says 24/7 live chat, phone and email. We couldn't find a published email address or phone number on the pages we reviewed, so live chat is the channel both pages agree on.
Which languages are supported?
English, German, Polish, Danish and Russian.
What if support doesn't resolve my issue?
Put the complaint in writing, keep all replies and save screenshots of your balance and transaction history. With the Curaçao licence listed as revoked, it is unclear which regulator, if any, would handle a complaint, and an unlicensed offshore operator falls outside New Zealand consumer channels in practice. Our support page covers channels and escalation.
Can this website help with my casino account?
No. We have no access to casino accounts, payments or verification. You can reach the publisher about our content via our contact page, but account issues must go to the casino.

Responsible gambling
Gambling carries a real risk of losing money; only ever use money you can afford to lose. Our research did not document Spin City's own deposit limits or self-exclusion tools, so we can't describe them. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, the Gambling Helpline offers free, confidential support on 0800 654 655 or at gamblinghelpline.co.nz. Our responsible gambling page covers warning signs and general tools.
