Affiliate disclosure

This is an independent review site published by SmgTev. It is funded through affiliate commissions: an operator may pay us when a reader follows a clearly labelled partner link to its site and then signs up or plays. Commissions never decide what we write.

We report licensing gaps, restrictive terms and other unfavourable findings just as we report positive ones. Right now, this site carries no promotional calls to action for Spin City Casino, including on its Canadian pages.

Who publishes this site

This site is published by SmgTev, based in Ukraine, and can be reached at tevezmc32@gmail.com. It is not owned or run by Spin City Casino. Spin City Casino's terms of service name Faro Entertainment N.V. as the contracting party and Faro Entertainment Europe Limited (Cyprus) as the site operator. Neither company edits or approves our pages. Learn more on our about page or get in touch.

How affiliate commissions work

Online gambling operators run affiliate programs that pay websites for referring new players. The operator pays the commission; it is never charged to you. Depending on the agreement, it usually takes one of these forms:

  • A one-time payment when a referred visitor signs up and makes a first deposit.
  • A share of the net revenue the operator earns from referred players. Under this model, an affiliate earns more when referred players lose money.
  • A mix of both.

How commissions affect our content

  • Facts come from the operator's own pages, its terms of service and official regulator registers. Commercial relationships don't change them.
  • No operator can pay for a better assessment or to have negative findings removed.
  • Partner links say exactly where they lead: the brand's site, via a partner link. We never disguise them as login or sign-up buttons.
  • We don't use urgency, scarcity or 'risk-free' wording.

Example: licence status

Spin City Casino's homepage still says it holds a Curaçao licence. However, the Curaçao registry dated October 2, 2026, lists licence OGL/2024/194/0642 as revoked as of August 12, 2026, at the operator's request. For Canadian readers, the key point is that the brand does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (as of September 1, 2026); we have not checked registrations in other provinces. We also found no listing on Germany's GGL whitelist or Portugal's SRIJ list. We publish this regardless of any commercial interest. Full details are in our review.

Why there are no promotional buttons right now

We don't promote a brand when we can't confirm it is licensed for the reader's market. In Ontario, only registered operators may be advertised, and Spin City Casino is not on the iGaming Ontario list. Canada is not among the countries barred in the brand's terms, but clause 17.6 blocks NetEnt games in Canada. Elsewhere, the terms bar residents of many countries from real-money play, including the UK, the US, Ukraine, Spain, Sweden and Australia. For these reasons, our pages currently carry no calls to action for Spin City Casino. If that changes, any partner link will be clearly labelled.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay more if I use a partner link?
No. Any commission is paid by the operator and is not added to your deposits or charged to you.
Can an operator buy a better rating here?
No. Our assessments are based on documented facts, and we don't sell ratings or remove negative findings.
Where can I get help if gambling stops being fun?
