Spin City Live Casino: Games, Studios and Limits for NZ Readers

Spin City Casino (spin.city) has a dedicated Live Casino section in its lobby. The casino says it offers baccarat, roulette, poker and Wheel of Fortune, all streamed in HD.

Its providers page lists Switch Studios, Lucky Streak, Betgames and Kiron as live providers. Per-table betting limits aren't published in anything we reviewed. Account-wide rules still apply, including withdrawal caps and a deposit turnover requirement, and live games don't count towards bonus wagering. There's also a serious caveat for Kiwi readers: Curaçao's registry lists the casino's licence as revoked, and we have no confirmed Department of Internal Affairs licence for the brand. This page is for information only. Read the licence section before deciding anything.

What the Spin City live casino offers

The lobby is split into Top Games, New Games, Popular, Slots, Live Casino, Instant (crash), Bonus Buy, Megaways, Table Games, Scratch, Fruits, a seasonal Halloween collection and sports Betting. Live dealer content sits under Live Casino, while digital (RNG) table games sit under Table Games. The two overlap in game types but aren't the same thing. The homepage names four live game types: baccarat, roulette, poker and Wheel of Fortune, all streamed in HD.

Live dealer studios and providers

Four live providers appear on the providers page. The casino doesn't say which tables or game types each one supplies, so we can't match studios to particular games.

  • Switch Studios
  • Lucky Streak
  • Betgames
  • Kiron

The rest of the catalogue comes from a wider pool of slot and table providers, including BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Yggdrasil and Microgaming, and the About page also mentions Pragmatic Play. None of these is listed as a live provider in our research. Our games overview covers the whole lobby.

Table limits and money limits

The pages and terms we reviewed don't give minimum or maximum stakes for individual live tables; a table's betting range can only be seen inside the game. We won't quote figures we couldn't verify. The casino does publish account-wide rules, which apply to live players just as much as slot players. Note that these amounts are published in euros, not NZ dollars, so the NZD equivalent will move with the exchange rate.

Account rules that apply to live play

RulePublished figure
Minimum deposit€10
Minimum withdrawal€20, or €100 by bank transfer
Maximum withdrawals€5,000 per week; €15,000 per month
Deposit turnover before withdrawalEach deposit wagered 2×, otherwise a 10% fee
Large wins€50,000 or more may be paid in 10 monthly instalments
Extra verificationMay apply above €2,000 in total withdrawals; documents due within 14 days
Pending period0–48 hours, processed daily including weekends and public holidays

Two of these rules are especially relevant at live tables. The weekly and monthly withdrawal caps limit how quickly a big win can be paid out. And the 2× deposit turnover rule means that depositing and withdrawing again after little play can cost you a 10% fee. Methods and timing are covered on our payments and withdrawal pages.

How bonus rules treat live games

The general bonus terms state that live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering. Wagering is 40× unless stated otherwise, and the maximum bet with bonus money is €5. The bonus page also says only slots count 100% towards wagering. In practice, bets at live tables won't reduce the wagering requirement on an active bonus, so anyone who mainly plays live games should understand the bonus terms before accepting any offer – declining a bonus may be the simpler option.

Live dealer games on mobile

The site runs in the browser on Android, iOS and Windows devices. A native app exists only for Android, as an APK download. There's no iOS app, though iPhone users can add a home-screen shortcut. Live games stream in HD, so a stable connection helps, and mobile data can add up over long sessions on your plan. Installation details are on our app page.

Licence and New Zealand context

The terms name Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao) as the company behind the casino and Faro Entertainment Europe Limited (Cyprus) as site operator, and refer to Curaçao licence OGL/2024/194/0642. Curaçao's registry dated 2 October 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of 12 August 2026, at the operator's request. The homepage still says the casino holds a Curaçao licence. We found no local licence in the other markets we checked: Spin City isn't on the iGaming Ontario operator list (as of 1 September 2026), the German GGL whitelist or the Portuguese SRIJ list.

For New Zealand specifically: the brand claims no local licence, and we have no confirmed Department of Internal Affairs licence for it. New Zealand isn't among the countries named in the restricted list we reviewed, but that doesn't mean the site is authorised here. The Gambling Act 2003 prohibits advertising overseas gambling in New Zealand, and a licensing regime for online casinos is being introduced. That's why this page is purely informational and contains no links to the casino.

  • Don't chase losses.
  • Take regular breaks, and stop if it stops being fun.
