Account rules that apply to live play

Two of these rules matter most at live tables. The weekly and monthly withdrawal caps limit how quickly a large win can reach you. How bonus rules treat live games

Under the general bonus terms, live, table and video poker games don't count towards wagering. Wagering is 40× unless stated otherwise, and the maximum bet with bonus money is €5. The bonus page also says only slots count 100% towards wagering. In practice, bets at live tables won't reduce the wagering requirement on an active bonus. If you mainly play live games, it's worth knowing that a bonus may only add restrictions to your account.

The terms name Faro Entertainment N.V. (Curaçao) as the company behind the casino and Faro Entertainment Europe Limited (Cyprus) as site operator. They refer to Curaçao licence OGL/2024/194/0642. Curaçao's registry dated October 2, 2026 lists that licence as revoked as of August 12, 2026, at the operator's request. The homepage still says the casino holds a Curaçao licence. In Canada, online gambling is regulated provincially. Spin City doesn't appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (as of September 1, 2026). We didn't check other provinces' lottery corporations or regulators, and we found no Canadian licence for the brand. It's also absent from the German GGL whitelist and the Portuguese SRIJ list.
