Spin City Casino in Canada: an independent overview

Canada is not named on the restricted-country list in clause 2.1.4 of the terms, and the casino runs a dedicated /en-ca version of its site. That does not make it a provincially regulated option. In Canada, online gambling is regulated province by province. Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (accurate as of September 1, 2026). We have not checked the other provinces' lottery corporations or regulators.

The terms of service name Faro Entertainment N.V. as 'we / us'. The terms list two companies:

• Faro Entertainment N.V. (Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao, Reg. No. 142227): the licensed entity and parent company.
• FARO ENTERTAINMENT EUROPE LIMITED (12 Demostheni Severi Av., Office 601, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus, Reg. No. ΗΕ 425912): the site operator.

The Curaçao registry lists the same company under number 139031. That does not match the number in the terms.
