Is Spin City legal for players in Ontario?
Spin City does not appear on the iGaming Ontario operator list (accurate as of September 1, 2026). The terms say Curaçao licence application OGL/2024/194/0642 is in progress and that the operator works under a Certificate of Operation in the meantime. The Curaçao GCB certificate page said the same. The September 2025 registry then listed the licence as issued on August 12, 2025, and expiring on February 12, 2026. The registry dated October 2, 2026, lists it as revoked as of August 12, 2026, at the operator's request. The homepage still says the casino holds a Curaçao licence. Who operates Spin City Casino?
The terms of service name Faro Entertainment N.V. as "we / us". It is based at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao (Reg. No. 142227). It is described as the parent company that licenses the gambling services. The website itself is run by Faro Entertainment Europe Limited, 12 Demostheni Severi Av., Office 601, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus (Reg. No. ΗΕ 425912, VAT 10425912J).
Why don't the company numbers match?
The terms give Faro Entertainment N.V.'s registration number as 142227. The Curaçao OGL registry lists the licence holder under company no. 139031. We could only read one version of the terms, so we can't say which number is current. Treat this as an open question.
Is Spin City licensed anywhere else, like Germany or Portugal?
We found no such licence. Spin City is not on the German GGL whitelist or on the Portuguese SRIJ list of licensed entities. We have not checked every regulator.
Is spincity888.bet the official Spin City website?
No. This is an independent review and information site published by SmgTev. Commissions from partner links fund it, as our affiliate disclosure explains. The casino's own domain is spin.city. We have found no confirmed ownership link or redirect between the two. See about us for how we work.
Is Spin City the same as SpinCity South Africa?
